- Experiences：Dr. Huang and his team have devoted to polymer processing and IC-Encapsulation research with success, in the past few years. Their services are worldwide in several professional areas including traditional injection molding, injection molding problems and solutions, multiple component molding, plastic optical product, and other special molding processes. Dr. Huang is also an expert in injection molding screw and extrusion analysis. He has helped several famous manufacturers for continuous process manufacturing including flat die, annular die, and profile die systems. He is also in charge of blow molding/thermal forming designs and their trouble shooting.

- Specialization：Experimental mechanics, Residual strain analysis in composite materials, Shrinkage property study for concrete materials, Finite element analysis
- Experiences：Dr. Chen served as a research assistant in “Experimental Stress Analysis Laboratory” at University of Florida, specialized in the optical measurement of process-induced residual strains in composites and finite element analysis. In addition, he also served as a research assistant in “Advanced Material Characterization Laboratory” at University of Florida, focusing on shrinkage property study on concretes applying the optical method. In recent years, Dr. Chen is engaged in plastic injection molding analysis and the solutions to molding problems and researches on many special molding processes, including injection compression molding, gas-assisted injection molding, hot runner, and optical application.

Dr. Fu-Hung Hsu |
- Education： Ph.D. of Mechanical engineering in University of California, Davis.
- Specialization：Aerodynamics, heat transfer, numerical analysis, advanced injection molding process
- Experiences：Living in U.S for nine years, Dr. Hsu has several years teaching experience in professional fields such as heat transfer, experimental method, and injection molding. In 2009, Dr. Hsu worked in Taiwan University as a post doctoral researcher for one year. In 2010, Dr. Hsu joined CoreTech System and continues his research in CAE and several advanced injection molding fields such as gas/water assisted injection mold, injection compression molding, optical parts, and conformal cooling. Dr. Hsu has assisted several famous injection molding manufacturers to solve real industry cases worldwide. His teaching style combines theories and practical cases which offer a thorough understanding for both novice and experienced professionals.

- Specialization： Injection molding technology and process optimization, integration of CAE and FEA structural analysis, and Design of Experiment research
- Experiences：Mr. Su graduated with a master degree from Taiwan University and majored in fluid analysis. Currently. He serves as a lecturer and professional industry consultant, and has been consulting many well-known companies around the world, including Ford, Molex, UTAC, PTI ,etc.

- Specialization：Polymer rheology, processing, and properties, polymer composite, biomedical materials, degradable polymers, and plastics applications in industrial design
- Experiences：Dr. Sun has researched parenteral drug packaging in Eli Lilly and Company. He has also worked with Teleflex Medical to develop a fully absorbable bone graft composite. He is now a senior research engineer supporting the development of advanced injection molding CAE software and also in charge of material testing and measurement in CoreTech System Co., Ltd.

Dr. Lloyd Shiu
|
- Education：Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology
- Experiences：Mr. Shiu was a research assistant of The Center of Excellence in Polymer Science and Engineering at IIT. He has worked in the area of polymer rheology for many years, and is working on polymer processing simulation for optical products and novel manufacturing technology, such as micro injection molding and microcellular injection molding.
