iMolding Hub (part of Moldiverse) is a cloud-based injection molding machine management solution introduced by Moldex3D. It allows users to manage injection molding machine specifications in a cloud database, execute guided processes for collecting machine characteristic analysis data, and integrate these with CAE analysis results for practical trial production. The system systematically builds an on-site machine library and collects long-term production machine responses through guided methods. The data is fed back to the Moldex3D software, ensuring that the analysis results align more closely with on-site conditions. By integrating guided trial procedures, the number of trials and production costs can be reduced. This enhances efficiency, saves time, and improves production performance and competitiveness.
